Mitul IT (mitulit.com)-এ স্বাগতম — কম্পিউটার, ল্যাপটপ, PC কম্পোনেন্টস, গ্যাজেট, নেটওয়ার্কিং ও ইলেকট্রনিক্স পণ্যের জন্য আপনার নির্ভরযোগ্য অনলাইন টেক স্টোর। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা বা কোনো পণ্য ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার আগে পুরো টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশনটি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।
১. অর্ডার প্লেসমেন্ট ও কনফার্মেশন
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার প্লেস করার পর আমাদের টিম কনফার্মেশনের জন্য আপনাকে সরাসরি কল করে। কল করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরই অর্ডারটি প্রসেসিংয়ে যায়।
কনফার্মেশন কলের পূর্বে অথবা কলের সময় আপনি চাইলে অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করতে পারবেন।
প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে অথবা যেকোনো প্রযুক্তিগত/অপারেশনাল সমস্যার কারণে Mitul IT যেকোনো অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করার অধিকার রাখে।
২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও ডেলিভারি সময়
ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রোডাক্ট,স্থান ও সময়ভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
সাধারণত ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফ্রি হয় না, তবে নির্দিষ্ট প্রোমো কোড, কুপন কোড বা বিশেষ অফারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফ্রি করা হতে পারে।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ৩ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়। কোনো ত্রুটি বা অপ্রত্যাশিত সমস্যা হলে এর বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে, তবে এমন পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা কাস্টমারকে অবহিত করব।
আমরা আমাদের কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের (যেমন Steadfast, Pathao, RedX) মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি।
৩. পণ্যের মূল্য ও তথ্যগত ত্রুটি
মূল্য, স্টক, বা প্রোডাক্ট বর্ণনায় কোনো টাইপো বা সিস্টেমগত ত্রুটি হলে
এমন ভুল তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে কোনো অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হবে না।
Mitul IT সেই অর্ডার বাতিল অথবা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।
সংশোধনের ক্ষেত্রে কাস্টমারকে জানানো হবে এবং কাস্টমার চাইলে সংশোধিত মূল্যে অর্ডারটি নিতে পারবেন, অথবা সম্পূর্ণ অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
৪. ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি Mitul IT সরাসরি প্রদান করে না। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ড বা ম্যানুফ্যাকচারারের অফিসিয়াল ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি প্রযোজ্য হয়।
ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে হলে কাস্টমারকে প্রোডাক্টটি সরাসরি Mitul IT-এর কাছে পাঠাতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্টটি যদি প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসির আওতায় থাকে, তাহলে Mitul IT সেই প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি প্রসেস সম্পন্ন করার ব্যবস্থা করে দেবে।
৫. ইন্টেলেকচুয়াল প্রোপার্টি (কপিরাইট)
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সকল কনটেন্ট যেমন প্রোডাক্ট ছবি, লেখা, লোগো, ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি Mitul IT এর সম্পত্তি। Mitul IT এর পূর্ব লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এই কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা অন্য কোনোভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা (Limitation of Liability)
আমরা সবসময় ওয়েবসাইটে সঠিক ও নির্ভুল তথ্য প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। তবুও, মানুষ মাত্রই ভুল হতে পারে বিবেচনায় রেখে, যদি কখনো ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল তথ্য প্রকাশিত হয় এবং সেই তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভর করে কোনো কাস্টমার কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন, তাহলে Mitul IT তার সাধ্যমতো সহায়তা করার চেষ্টা করবে, যদি তা সম্ভব হয়। তবে এক্ষেত্রে Mitul IT সরাসরি আইনগতভাবে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না। তাই কাস্টমারদের প্রতি অনুরোধ থাকবে, কোনো তথ্যের ওপর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে তা যাচাই করে নেওয়া।
৭. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ
অ্যাকাউন্টের লগইন তথ্য/পাসওয়ার্ডের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণভাবে কাস্টমারের নিজের।
কেউ যদি ভুয়া তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলেন, প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার করেন, বা Mitul IT এর সাথে কোনোভাবে প্রতারণার চেষ্টা করেন বা প্রতারণা করেন, তাহলে Mitul IT সেই অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে এবং প্রয়োজনে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাস্টমারের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারে।
৮. পরিচালনা আইন (Governing Law)
এই টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশন বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
৯. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
Mitul IT যেকোনো সময় এই টার্মস অ্যান্ড কন্ডিশন হালনাগাদ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। পরিবর্তনের পর তা এই পেজে প্রকাশ করা হবে, তাই মাঝে মাঝে পেজটি পরীক্ষা করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

Welcome to Mitul IT (mitulit.com) — your trusted online technology store for computers, laptops, PC components, gadgets, networking equipment, and electronics. By using our website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
After you place an order on our website, our team calls you directly to confirm the order. The order moves into processing only after this confirmation call.
You may cancel your order before or during the confirmation call.
Mitul IT reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or any technical/operational issue.
2. Delivery Charge & Delivery Time
Delivery charges may vary by product and by time (not by delivery area/location).
Delivery is generally not free unless a specific promo code, coupon code, or special offer applies, in which case the delivery charge may be waived.
After order confirmation, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. In case of any error or unforeseen issue, it may take additional working days; in such cases, we will keep the customer informed.
We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners (such as Steadfast, Pathao and RedX).
3. Pricing & Information Errors
In case of any typo or system error related to price, stock, or product description:
No order will be confirmed based on such incorrect information.
Mitul IT reserves the right to cancel or correct such an order.
If corrected, the customer will be informed and may choose to accept the order at the corrected price or cancel the order entirely.
4. Warranty Policy
Products sold on our website are not directly warrantied by Mitul IT. Where applicable, the official warranty policy of the respective brand or manufacturer applies.
To claim a warranty, customers must send the product directly to Mitul IT.
If the product falls under the manufacturer's warranty policy, Mitul IT will process the warranty claim on the customer's behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including product images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Mitul IT. No part of this content may be copied, republished, or used in any form without prior written permission from Mitul IT.
6. Limitation of Liability
We always strive to provide accurate and correct information on our website. However, as errors can occur, if any unintentional incorrect information is ever published on the website and a customer faces an issue relying on that information, Mitul IT will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible. However, Mitul IT shall not be held directly liable in such cases. Customers are therefore requested to verify any information before making decisions based on it.
7. Accounts & Fraud Prevention
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account login credentials/password.
If anyone creates an account with false information, places a fraudulent order, or attempts to defraud or defrauds Mitul IT in any way, Mitul IT reserves the right to cancel that account and the related order, and may take appropriate legal action against the customer involved.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
9. Changes to These Terms
Mitul IT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, so we encourage you to review it periodically.
